Durant ejected

To utter ejection and Durant in the same sentence didn’t seem possible, till tonight.

With 1:57 left in the game, Durant took heart to an offensive foul call on Kendrick Perkins and yelled at official Danny Crawford. After being hit with a technical foul, it seemed as though Durant wasn’t done yelling and was slammed with another technical. “F*ck you” then seemed to have came from Durant’s mouth and was soon after dismissed from the game.

This game wasn’t an easy one for the Thunder, the Thunder received 23 fouls to Brooklyn’s 13, with 12 of the Thunders fouls coming from the 4th quarter. CBSSports.com quotes:

“I said it was a bad call,” Durant said. “They got a quick trigger now.”

“I just thought it was a bad call,” he said. “Like I said, you get frustrated throughout a game and show emotion. That’s how you can tell you love it.”

“I think I’m allowed to be frustrated. Especially in this league with the ups and downs. Players are allowed to be frustrated. It is what it is. You move on from it.”
