Knicks sixth man J.R. Smith is out to prove he is all-star worthy this season while being  a good citizen off the court, and a productive scorer/sharpshooter on the court.

During what was actually a sluggish first half, Smith rolled off a sloppy attempt at a screen and exploded towards the rim.  Pacers big man Ian Mahinmi showed up a little late, and must have forgotten that Smith has springs.

The rest is cornbread taking history with an and one.
