Kris Humphries is the Presumed Father of Kim Kardashian’s Baby

According to California law, since Kimmy is still married to The Hump he is the presumed father of Lil Yeezy. If the Hump wanted to he could force Kimmy and Kanye to come to court and prove the baby isn’t his.

According to TMZ, he probably won’t go that route since he hasn’t had any contact with Kimmy in months, but if he just wanted to stick it to Kimmy, it might be something he would consider.

I would like for him to do it just for my personal amusement.
