Man Gets Ray Lewis’ Face Tattooed on His Leg (Photo)

I have tried to figure this out for years. What would possess a man to get another man’s face tattooed on his body? I would like to have a sit down conversation with someone about this.
I get tattooing the logo or something like that, but a man’s face? Not a your kid or dead relative, but Ray Lewis? I think Ray Lewis is an outstanding player, first ballot Hall of Famer and one of the greatest linebackers of all time, but I don’t want to see his face every time I wear shorts.
I don’t know if I should thank or be mad at @NFL_RealUpdates for sending us this photo.
I am just so confused like Allen Iverson when he is talking about practice.
