The real, fake, cancer stricken  dead and possibly alive woman Manti Te’o said he was in love with, says she is going to speak tomorrow to clear up some of the confusion about the story.

At this point I have no clue if this is legit or not, just passing along the message and this is the account that was reference in the Deadspin article.

If this turns out to be Mike Golic I wouldn’t even be surprised at this point.
