The last team T.O. had an ownership stake in was the Allen Wranglers and that didn’t end too well. With that being said the Dallas Strikers seems to be doing a little bit better.
“I want to keep that competitive edge by getting involved with a sport I really enjoy,” Owens said on PBA.com. “I always felt that my time in Dallas was special and I had a great time while I was there. Hopefully we can put Dallas back on the map with a bowling championship.”
T.O. is one of the eight celebrity owners of this new PBA league, some of the names might be familiar to you. Jerome Bettis and Chris Paul are also owners.
Anything that T.O. is doing that is positive and making him money I am all in favor of.
