Haynesworth pleaded no contest to an assaulting a waitress. The waitress claimed Haynesworth accosted her by putting money in her cleavage.

According to USA Today, Haynesworth had to do 160 hours of community service to have the charge removed from his record. No word if the community service included spending all of the Redskins bonus money while picking up trash on the side of the freeway.

Whatever the case, his lawyer presented the proper documents to the court and now according to the law, Haynesworth is no longer consider a public boob felon.
