Charles Barkley Wraps Head In Bandages To Mock Alabama Football Arrest (Video)
Charles Barkley is a proud Auburn Alum, and being that he loves to speak his mind, Barkley felt the need to poke fun at the War Eagles most hated rival, Alabama.
In the wake of four Alabama players being arrested earlier this week for robbing and beating two fellow students, Barkley showed up on the TNT set in Houston wearing fake bloody bandages around his head.
In the video courtesy of Larry Brown Sports, Barkley joked that “he was mugged in Tuscaloosa after congratulating the Tide.”
“Ernie, you’re not gonna believe this,” Barkley said to co-host Ernie Johnson. “Being the Auburn guy that I am, I wanted to be first class. I went down to the University of Alabama to congratulate the Crimson Tide on winning a BCS Championship and I got mugged. I got mugged in Tuscaloosa, Ernie, and my credit cards are missing.”
Barkley was told by Kenny Smith to “leave them kids alone man.” Barkley responded in classic style.
“It’s not my fault they mugging people.”
