ESPN Ready to Start Celebrating Black History Month Loudly, When Month is Almost Over

ESPN Black History Month

I don’t celebrate Black History Month and the reason is simple. I study and live black history every single day, so why do I have to act extra giddy for a month?

Plus, it was something that was “given” by mainstream society to appease black people. No coincidence it is the shortest month on the calendar.

Not sure what ESPN was thinking, with this Facebook Post and I am sure RG3 is thrilled that once again he’s being used as the leader of the black race, but according to Deadspin the comments on the post weren’t taken to well by the white majority of readers on ESPN.
