Yeezy wants to be able to sign a Voluntary Declaration of Paternity once Kim Kardashian has their baby, but one problem.

Because she is still married to Kris Humphries from a legal standpoint Kanye is not the father. Kimmy is begging the judge according to TMZ to resolved the divorce before Lil Yeezy is born.

Kim filed a declaration in her divorce case obtained by TMZ, complaining to the judge that Kris Humphries is not only standing in the way of her happiness, but threatening her health and welfare, and “also … the health and well-being of my unborn child.” We broke the story, her doctor is concerned as well.

I am sure Kimmy and the baby are fine and she is just trying to get the judge to hurry things along. Unfortunately, for her unless she admits their marriage was faker than Manti Te’o girlfriend that isn’t going to happen.
