Michael Jordan has purchased a new home in North Carolina, adding to his real estate portfolio.
The 12,310-square-foot home sits on a lakefront in Cornelius, NC, which is roughly 22 miles away from the Charlotte Bobcat facility. The house features six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and lake front views from almost every room, according to Charlotte Observer. The house sits on 1.1 acres of land, right on the seventh hole of the golf course, so be prepared to see Jordan with his clubs, cigar, and Hanes tagless T-shirt in hand on the plush green course.
Jordan won’t be the only NBA player or athlete to buy into the golf course community. Boston Celtics center Robert Parish and Joe Gibbs, owner of Joe Gibbs Racing will be new neighbors to the six-time, high-flying champion.
Maybe this will be the new home shared with his future wife. Regardless of the reason for the purchase the home is stunning. Only if he could do something with the Bobcats, but I guess Jordan can’t be great at everything.
