Lil Wayne has been known to exaggerated a bit, so it isn’t surprising that he didn’t tell the full truth in regard to the NBA and Heat getting him banned from NBA events.

Here is what the NBA had to say.

NBA Senior Director of Basketball Communications Mark Broussard tells TMZ … there is “no truth at all” to the claims Weezy made during a performance in Houston over the weekend.

What likely happened, is the NBA just has no interest in Wayne performing and they probably won’t for awhile after what he said about The Heat and Chris Bosh’s wife.

But, if he wants to pay for a ticket, he can get into any game he likes.
