“Lucky I didn’t have Jay drop him from the team” – Kanye. Well it looks like Mr. West was just a year ahead of the curve, The Brooklyn Nets are in trade talks with the Charlotte Bobcats according to ESPN’s Chris Broussard. The trade would send Hump to the Bobcats for veteran guard Ben Gordon.

The Nets would use Gordon in the same fashion as the Clippers use Jamal Crawford or the Knicks use J.R. Smith. It’d automatically boost their¬† bench and give them one of the best bench scorers in the East. The Nets could use that punch off of the bench since Marshon Brooks fell out of favor with the coaching staff.

As far as Kris is concerned he might want to consider calling his divorce lawyers ASAP because Charlotte is where NBA careers go to die. His settlement from Kim K. would make the move feel a bit better, at least on the pockets.
