Royce White will appear on Dr. Phil Thursday to discuss the obstacles he faces on and off the court with his anxiety disorder. White was drafted by the Houston Rockets, but he is currently playing in the d-league with the Rio Grande Valley Vipers.

The show was taped last month in Los Angeles before White reported to the Vipers.  White took a two-day road trip to LA to speak with Dr. Phil. He addresses how he thinks he’s been treated by the Rockets and the league, and has a message to the naysayers who questioned his choice to sign with the Rockets.

White has been very vocal about his mental illness also appearing on HBO’s Real Sports just last month, so I don’t anticipate him to hold back especially with Dr. Phil. The show will air Thursday at 4 PM EST.
