The Buffalo will probably use their first round draft pick on someone other than a quarterback now. Adam Schefter via Adam Caplan is reporting that the Bills signed Kevin Kolb to a two-year $13 million deal.
And there it is, finalized, confirmed. RT @caplannfl: So Kolb gets a 2-year, $13 million max deal with the Bills, per source.

Kolb most certainly will start out the season as the starter in Buffalo, and the Bills must feel that with a good surrounding cast, Kolb can flourish.
