Could be one of those situations where Culpepper figured it was best to let home go to foreclosure than paying it off or he might be having financial problems.

Either way here are the details according to Pro Football Talk.

According to the South Florida Business Journal, a bank filed a foreclosure lawsuit last month against Culpepper, alleging that he has not been making payments on a $2.93 million mortgage he took out in 2006. He is also being sued for unpaid dues to the homeowners’ association of a gated community in which he owns a home.
