The two things Dez Bryant needs to concentrate on, are staying healthy and out of trouble. No one questions his talent, it is his mental state that worries people.
He seems to be trying to stay on the right path, but only time will time, until then he has some very lofty goals for himself.
“That’s still scratching the surface,” Bryant said in a telephone interview with ESPNDallas.com. “It’s only going to get better, to be honest. I still have a lot to give. I feel like nobody’s seen anything. Nothing.
“I feel like it can be a lot more than that. That’s just being honest. I honestly feel like [2,000 yards and 20 touchdowns] can potentially happen.”
Bryant is saying all the right things, but this is a show and prove world, both on and off the field. A part of the Cowboys success will depend on if Bryant’s words carry over into actions.
