I’m not sure if you can really call having an interest in Alabama leverage, but Gregg Marshall got the money he was looking for to remain in Wichita, Kansas.
According to various reports, Marshall will remain the head coach at Wichita State — snagging a new seven-year deal to coach the Shockers.
Source close to Gregg Marshall has informed Bleacher Report that the coach is staying at Wichita State. Won't go to Alabama.

Sources told CBSSports.com that Marshall’s new deal at Wichita State is a seven-year deal worth $3.3 million per year. The 52-year-old led the Shockers to the past four NCAA Tournaments. He has earned a No. 1 seed, made two Sweet 16s and one Final Four.
