Yesterday, former tennis star Jennifer Capriati was summons to appear in court on April 17 on charges of battery and stalking stemming from an alleged altercation with her ex-boyfriend on Valentine’s Day.

The charges stem from an incident which happened on Valentine’s Day, where allegedly Capriati approached Ivan Brannan yelling at him and begun to block his entrance to the man’s locker room while punching him in the chest, according to NY Daily News.

Capriati hasn’t been arrested on any changes, nor is there an attorney listed for her. However she will have to appear in court April 17 in front of a judge to discuss the charges listed above.
