When Lakers guard Kobe Bryant came out and said that he felt Dahntay Jones attempted to hurt him on purpose, opinions ranged far and wide on whether or not Jones was a dirty player. Now it appears that at least somewhat, the NBA agreed with Kobe.

Per the NBA website, the league announced that a foul should have been called on the play. Acknowledging that refs missed the call and Bryant should have been awarded 2 free throws. In a game where the Lakers were down two at the time of the no-call and Bryant injury, you have to wonder the outcome if Kobe had been rightfully awarded free throws.
