Report: Jets Interested in Kevin Kolb

Might as well bring in Donovan McNabb, JaMarcus Russell and Vince Young too. The Jets seem to have no clue what is going on with their QB position.

Just hold open tryouts at the park, that would be my suggestion.

The person, who spoke to USA TODAY Sports on condition of anonymity because the talks were to remain private, said Kolb is likely headed elsewhere and that the New York Jets are a possible landing spot.

The person said new Jets offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg certainly has a high opinion of Kolb from his days with the Philadelphia Eagles before the team dealt him to Arizona. Kolb started only seven games for the Eagles in his last two seasons with the team and lost his job when Michael Vick replaced him following an injury to Kolb in the 2010 season opener.
