Stefan Struve lost to Mark Hunt at UFC on Fuel 8, but now we know that the punch that KO’d him did more than just knock him out.  Struve went to twitter to discuss his loss and show fans pictures of his broken jaw:

45 minutes to the hospital without painkillers.. Man, please choke me out.. Jaw is hurting like crazy..
