Simply put, Groves is just upset he got caught.
He didn’t care about his family or team when he solicited an undercover cop that he thought was a prostitute for sex and $20 extra for anal.
But, I understand he has to put out these type of statements to try to save some face.
“I want to apologize to the Browns organization, our fans and the city of Cleveland for putting myself in this situation,” Groves said in a statement. “I realize I let a lot of people down, most importantly my family. I am committed to learning from this and moving forward.”
The most important thing he should learn from this is Twitter is a much easier way to solicited a prostitute and you won’t go to jail for it.
