I will be honest, I feel bad for Bulls fans when I update the Derrick Rose story, because it is variations of the same comment over and over again.  It must be torture for them by now.

Rose has giving so many answers, it is like a game almost. One day it is God, next day it is the trainers. Some days he is close, other days he isn’t mentally ready. I have no clue why the Bulls just haven’t shut him down for the season, so the questions will stop.

He has been cleared to play for over a month, something is holding him back, no reason to think that is going to change overnight. Here are Rose’s latest comments.

Rose left open the possibility that he would return when asked if he wouldn’t play this season.

“Oh no,” Rose told reporters Sunday before the Chicago Bulls‘ shootaround. “I’m keeping it open.”

“I’ll play whenever I’m ready to play. Who knows when I’m ready to? Right now, all I can do is just cheer on my teammates.”

The Return of Derrick Rose, has been longer than The Return of the JEDI.
