It seems like Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III, is doing his best to assure fans that he will be ready for the start of next season.
Griffin, who had surgery to repair a torn ACL and LCL in January, appeared at FedEx Field for the Redskins draft day party and seemed to be walking very comfortably, even doing jumping jacks to prove that he’s alright.
According to a story via USA Today Sports, Griffin told the Washington Post that he feels good.
“I’m good. You guys saw me jumping,” said Griffin, who was the 2012 rookie of the yearafter passing for 3,200 yards and rushing for 815. “I mean, I can run a little bit, so I’ll be good. No worries. I’ll take it slow, but at the same time, I’ll be ready to go.”
