Bad news from the Bronx as Yankees veteran lefty, Andy Pettitte exited Thursday night’s game vs the Mariners after an apparent injury of some sort.

The 40-year-old appeared to be in pain after striking out Kyle Seager in the 5th inning. After a long meeting on the mound with skipper Joe Girardi Pettitte left the game. He threw 79 pitches.

No word yet on what the injury is.
