Knicks guard J.R. Smith has done a pretty good job of trying to avoid meltdowns and becoming a distraction to his team. In the last week though, Smith has caught flak for partying it up before the Knicks game four loss to the Celtics.
The Knicks were able to move on and win the series, so no big deal. Now Smith is on the radar for allegedly partying to hard Saturday night, hours before he would shoot a horrendous 4-15 in game one of the Eastern Conference Semifinals game 1 against the Pacers.
Smith took to Twitter and Instagram last night to set the record straight, and according to Next Impulse Sports, let the bandwagon Knicks fans know he wasn’t partying.
Smith then took to Twitter and Instagram to deliver a bandwagon transferral form to those New York fans who wanted to hop off the Bandwagon.
J.R. needs not focus on who’s hopping off the bandwagon, but instead should focus on taking better shots, and playing with some basketball IQ.
