And the Sanders Saga continues…
It has been previously reported that Pilar Sanders planned to write a tell-all book that goes into details about her tumultuous relationship with NFL Hall of Famer Deion Sanders, and of course in order to promote the book excerpts from it have been released. To no surprise Pilar Sanders is accusing Deion of physical abuse, but she has also accused him of making her children go without food. Via Bossip
Excerpt 1:
“The headline making argument – a joke is more like it. What did not make the headlines is how Deion attempted to kill Pilar by picking up a statue in a fit of rage and hitting her over the head. Thank God her childhood best friend Dee was present in the house to witness the entire fight. After Dee jumped in to try to help Pilar, Deion responded by punching her in the face.”Excerpt 2:
“While Pilar was living out of the hotel those few months, scraping by day-to-day. Now don’t get me wrong, she was not staying at some dive – quite the opposite. We had been on the phone talking for quite sometime that day when I heard her son call his father and say to him, ‘Daddy, I’m hungry, and mommy has no money for food.’ After a silent pause, Deion replied to his son, ‘You can eat when I see you next week.’”Excerpt 3:
“I’ll never forget the night my phone rang at around 3:30 am. I had answered dead out of my sleep to hear just uncontrollable sobbing from a heartbroken Pilar, who could only mutter the words, ‘Kal, he took my babies.’ As I sat there and cried with her, she was completely devastated and blown away. I do not think this was something she ever imagined in a million years could happen to her. It had been a rough few months – doing my best to combat every attack Deion made. Watching my friend die inside, I refused to sit back at let this happen. I promised Pilar that I would fight for her.”
When reading this it’s important to remember that this is one side of the story, and we would expect Pilar to play the role of nothing else but the victim. Personally I find it hard to believe that Deion wanted to let his kids go without food. My only question is…how can you portray in your book that you were scraping by day-to-day, living in a hotel none the less, but also being flown around the world and receiving lavish gifts from whatever man of means that tickles your fancy for the month.
Pilar needs to get it together. It seems like she’s fighting a battle she has already lost. At this point she does not have custody of her children, is linked to numerous men, and apparently had no contingency plan other than writing a sloppy tell-all book. My advice is this…she’s a beautiful woman with an amazing body. She should use that for something other than getting men. Continue to work on building a fitness brand so that you don’t have to rely on men to support your gold digging lifestyle. That’s the best thing you can do for yourself, and as an example for your children.
