The refs can be terrible at times, but they aren’t the reason the Bulls are now down 2-1 to the Heat. They simply don’t have the manpower to compete with the Heat.
Thibodeau who is doing an outstanding job, lashed out at the refs.
Chicago Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau has been fined $35,000 for his postgame comments regarding the officiating in Game 3 of the team’s Eastern Conference semifinal series against the Miami Heat.
“I see how things are going, I watch very closely,” Thibodeau said after Game 3. “We’re not going to get calls, that’s reality.”
“From my angle, I saw a guy basically flop,” Thibodeau said of James. “I don’t think it warranted an ejection. I understand a flagrant foul, I understand that, but ejection, no, nope.”
LeBron did flop, but you can’t be pushing guys in the 2013 NBA and think you can get away it. The refs are way too sensitive now, especially if you push a Superstar.
The Bulls are going to have to muster up whatever resolve they have for Game 4, to attempt to keep the series competitive.
