Josh Hamilton To Sit After Receiving Cortisone Shot For Wrist Injury
The terrible month of June for Hamilton just got a ‘shot’ of bittersweet news.
Hamilton’s wrist became inflamed about 10 days after an ‘intense’ hitting drill, and on Friday he received a cortisone shot.
It’s expected that the slumping former MVP will be out at least until Tuesday as he tries to recover from the injury.
Could the days off getting better prove to be the spark to a new start for Hamilton and the Angels?
