Houston Rockets v Los Angeles Lakers

ESPN.com is reporting that Dwight Howard will meet with the Houston Rockets first when free agency commences early Monday morning.

Howard is set to meet in Los Angeles with a Houston Rockets group that includes management, James Harden, and Hall of Fame center Hakeem Olajuwon, according to sources.

The Lakers can offer a max deal of $118 million for five seasons while other teams will be able to offer a maximum of $88 million over four years.

Earlier this past week, reports circulated that Dwight Howard was unlikely to re-sign with the Lakers.
