According to a report via Marc Stein of ESPN, the Houston Rockets have been offered a 2013 first-round pick for forward Thomas Robinson, who they acquired from the Sacramento Kings last season.
The Rockets are desperately trying to rid themselves of the former lottery pick’s $3.2 million salary to help finance a run at a top free agent like Dwight Howard.

If the Rockets draft an international player in the first-round, they won’t be required to pay his salary next season.
