I am pretty sure Hernandez’s lawyers have instructed him to be a model a prisoner and not say anything to anyone. He isn’t going to come out and say he has gang affiliations just because prison officials asked him. That would be stupid and while Hernandez isn’t the brightest guy around, he isn’t that dumb.

According to Larry Brown Sports Bristol County Sheriff Thomas Hogson told the Boston Herald that Hernandez has said he isn’t in a gang or has any gang affiliations.

TMZ is reported that Hernandez has been moved to Solitary Confinement for his own protection. He isn’t allowed one on one interaction with any inmates, but does get three free hours outside of his cell.
