Chauncey Billups is back in Motown, and bringing that same air of confidence that has made him one of the better point guards and excellent leader for years in the NBA.
The Pistons have Brandon Knight and Rodney Stuckey, but according to Ryan Slocum of ABC 12, Billups fully intends to start at the point for Detroit on opening night.

I’m not sure the 36-year-old Billups starts at point guard for Detroit, but I do expect him to log some heavy minutes, and mentor Brandon Knight in the process.
