Report: MLB May Try to Suspend Alex Rodriguez Via The CBA not PED Rules
A-Rod’s attorney says he is going to fight any punishment, so MLB is trying to find away where he can’t appeal any ruling or play while he is appealing.

Here is what A-Rod’s lawyer had to say.
“We are focused on an appeal,” Rodriguez’s lawyer, David Cornwell, said in an interview Monday with Stephen A. Smith on “The Michael Kay Show” on ESPN New York 98.7.
