Tiki Barber has made a nice living recently trolling and making head scratching comments at every turn.

Barber who was always critical of Eli Manning when they were teammates recently paid him the highest compliment, even if it’s sure to set off some controversy.

During his CBS Sports Radio Network show that Barber also hosts with Brandon Tierney and Dana Jacobson, the question of where Eli Manning ranks among all time great quarterbacks came up.

According to CBSSports.com, Barber said that he thinks “Eli Manning is close to being one of the top five quarterbacks of all time, and that he was better than his older brother Peyton Manning.”

“The expectation was that he was never going to be Peyton. I remember having these conversations with people who watched Eli in college, saying, ‘He’s good, but he’s never going to be Peyton, he’s not Peyton.’ Guess what? I think he’s betterthan Peyton,” Barber said. “Because of clutch. What matters in sports? It’s winning and losing. You get to the stage and what do you do? Eli’s gotten there and he’s won.”

Eli Manning has definitely won some big games, and his two Super Bowls speak for themselves.  Top five of all time is kind of steep.
