This morning we told you that new Atlanta Hawks Head Coach Mike Budenholzer was arrested on DUI charges and refused a breathalyzer. Now new details have emerged according to myfoxatlanta:

He faces charges concerning alcohol, drugs, “multiple substances” and tail lights installed on a vehicle, according to the Atlanta Municipal Court.

In total, Budenholzer faces the following six charges:

D.U.I./ALCOHOL (40-6-391.A1)
D.U.I./DRUGS (40-6-391.A2)
D.U.I./ALCOHOL & DRUGS (40-6-391.A3)

President of Basketball Operations/General Manager Danny Ferry released the following statement:

“Bud made us aware of the situation last night. We are in the process of gathering more information and will have further comment at the appropriate time.”

They got him with the old “I see you have a broken taillight.” What I want to know is, what were the “multiple substances?” Was he out here popping a Molly? If all of this is true, i would suggest Budenholzer start updating his LinkedIn profile ASAP.
