Arizona Cardinals season ticket holder John Cutler was kicked out of Saturday’s preseason game against the Dallas Cowboys for asking his son to hold his beer.
Moments after handing his son a beverage to hold while he took a picture two undercover officers kicked them out of the stadium.
Officials said Cutler was should be happy he was just asked to leave the stadium.
“Providing alcohol to an underage person or an underage person in possession of alcohol is a Class 1 misdemeanor.” said Sgt. Wesley Kuhl of the Arizona Department of Liquor License and Control. “The consequences could be up to, and this is a maximum, of two years in jail, $2,500 fine and three years probation.”
Seriously, you could face jail time and a fine for having your child hold a beer while you take a picture? That’s excessive. I know someone in Florida that got off easier than that…
