DeQuan Jones was let go by Orlando this off-season. It was expected after they selected Victor Oladipo with the number two overall pick. Jones is still on the free-agent market.
The free-agent guard has a lot of time on his hands these days apparently. Jones played four years at the University of Miami, but he missed time during his senior campaign due to an NCAA investigation accusing him of receiving money. The NCAA eventually came to the conclusion that Jones didn’t take any money.
Everybody knows about the Johnny Manziel ruling by know and DeQuan Jones took to Twitter to express his frustrations with the NCAA.
Compromise the integrity of amateurism in collegiate athletics for the sake of revenue. Sounds like the @ncaa I know.

Wrong sport and the wrong conference I guess.
