The USA Today Preseason Coaches Poll was just released and there no surprise who is number 1. Alabama took 58 of 62 first place votes. Ohio State and Texas A&M got the remaining three.

Let the rankings debates begin. I personally don’t think they should start rankings until week 4 but these rankings do make for good discussions. For example, the coaches still have Notre Dame ranked 11th after losing Everett Golson for the season. The games start soon enough an we will see how it all plays out on the field though.
