Brian Wilson

According to reports, a company called 800Razors.com is negotiating with Wilson to convince him to shave off his signature beard for an endorsement deal that would make him the face of their corporation.

“His management feels we need to match his present salary of $1 million at a minimum,” 800Razors.com co-founder and president Philip Masiello told Radar. “Over the weekend and continuing today, we have been in discussions with his management at MVP sports to finalize the terms under which Brian would participate in a beard shaving promotion and endorsement.”

“His beard is iconic, we are in the quality razor industry and want to partner with other shaving icons to show how great our product is,” Masiello added. “If it can tackle shaving a beard like his, it can work wonders on the average man.”

Talk about a great PR stunt. It is also a win-win for both parties. 800Razors.com gets to be in the news and Brian Wilson gets to shave that chia pet off his face and make some cash.
