The 50-year-old Ryan is bring swagger to New Orleans according to USA Today, and Saints players welcome the change.

“Rob is a character, a player’s coach,” says safety Roman Harper. “He wants us to go out there, play loose, fast, go make plays.”

“There’s been a culture shift of accountability and what it takes to be successful in our defensive room,” said cornerback Jabari Greer. “And it’s been much needed.”

“Rob is creating a whole new identity,” he said. “This defense is going to be fast, physical.”
