Texans’ RB Ben Tate Leaves Practice with Groin Injury

NFL: Tennessee Titans at Houston Texans

Texans running back Ben Tate was forced to leave practice today with a groin injury. Tate was quoted as saying:

“My groin tightened up,” Tate said via the Houston Chronicle. “… I’m not too worried about it.

I bet the Texans are very concerned since he will join Arian Foster on the sidelines now who is out with a calf injury.  The bad news for Tate is that he is in a contract year and will be looking for a starting job after this season.
