The Green Bay Packers did a much better job of preventing Colin Kaepernick from running the ball during Sunday’s season opener against the 49ers.
Kaepernick would have the last laugh again after he shredded the Packers secondary up to the tune of 412 yards passing and 3 touchdowns.
The Packers were totally focused on getting hits on Kaepernick, and hit him they did.
Kaepernick though was not rattled and completed passes all over the field. While talking to the 49ers official team website, the young gun make it clear that if the game plan for a team was to try to scare him, then they might want to figure out a better way.
“I’m not worried about what people are saying,” Kaepernick said, via the team’s website “If intimidation is your game plan, I hope you have a better one.”
Sunday Kaepernick showed that last season was no fluke, and he’s quickly rising up the ladder of great quarterbacks in the league.
