J.R. Smith Says He Let His Teammates Down For Getting Suspended For Weed

J.R. Smith let down his teammates.

The NBA announced it’s 5-game suspension for J.R. Smith nearly a month ago after violating the leagues substance abuse policy. In more “blunt” language, the reigning sixth man of the year tested positive for weed.

During Knicks media day, Smith expressed his disappointment:

The suspension won’t go into affect until Smith is cleared to play from his knee injury.
