Brandon Phillips is opposed to celebrating a wild card.

The last week of the regular season is upon us and Cincinnati still has a chance to take the NL Central. St. Louis currently is ahead two games.

Regardless if Cincinnati wins the division or not, they’re essentially a lock for postseason play. The Reds have a five game lead over the Nationals in the wildcard race.

If and when Cincinnati clinches a wildcard berth, don’t expect any celebration from Brandon Phillips.
