Ah the Raiders are what we thought they were.
After going back and forth about his status, and in the wake of the report from Vic Tafur of the San Francisco Chronicle that Terrelle Pryor would start for the Raiders, Jay Glazer has come to the rescue again, and is reporting that Pryor is out for Sunday’s game against the Redskins, and Matt Flynn will get the start.

Reports suggest that Pryor has been cleared to play, but the Raiders and head coach Dennis Allen wanted to be careful with the young quaterback.
