NBA Championship-less Tracy McGrady officially retired from the NBA last month and it appears looking back on his career he would’ve changed some things.
“In hindsight, looking back, obviously I wish I had stayed in Toronto,” McGrady said in a recent interview with the Star. “There’s no doubt we could have contended for a championship.”
In think McGrady may be looking back on that Raptors team with rose colored glasses. No way they would’ve contended for a championship. But playing his best years with cousin Vince Carter by him would’ve at least been better than them struggle with average teams a part.
