As we’ve been reporting all Sunday morning, USC fired embattled head coach Lane Kiffin after a 62-41 blowout loss to Arizona State in which his team simply gave up on him.
USC AD Pat Haden reportedly relieved Kiffin of his duties in the airport parking lot. According to Inside USC, Haden and a few of his advisers actually decided enough was enough for Kiffin midway through the third quarter.

Of course the talk now heads to who will replace Kiffin. Vanderbilt’s head coach James Franklin is reportedly the leader at this point.
