2 Purdue Football Players Arrested for Stealing Tie Bars From KOHL’S

KOHL’s is one of the great Dollarnaire stores of the land, so I am completely disgusted by this. Do this at Target, not KOHL’s.

Two Purdue University football players were arrested Monday by Lafayette police.

Redshirt freshman football players Jordan Woods, 19, and B.J. Knauf, 20, were arrested for theft and booked into Tippecanoe County Jail.

At about 5:30 p.m., Lafayette police were called to Kohl’s within Tippecanoe Mall for reports of two male shoplifters. Woods and Knauf were detained by Kohl’s loss prevention officers after they had allegedly stolen two tie bars, valued at $20 each. The Kohl’s prevention officers recovered the tie bars before police arrived.

Who steals a tie bar?  At least steal some Marc Anthony shirts or something.
